Then after talking with Mozy several times they tell me that what we were trying to restore was large and that we should be doing that through web requests via the online account. I repeated my tests this way trying to restore one folder and about 7 zip files totaling 400Mb with also no success. I started by remoting to the server and using the client tool to do the restore, all attempts failed with slightly different results, one restored 99% of the 4GB I was testing in several files and folder. I have only been trying one restore at a time. ![]()
